Prodding flesh Pulling on vessels
Feel it inside
Praying to die
Through smoke filled atmosphere
Through the portal in my face
Hear them laughing
Ignorant to thier fate
Predatory gaze
It stares.
Wild. Feral
Woken by the sound
Sees an opportunity
To take without effort from the barren grounds
What violence!
What greed!
What strange fascination.
A red sluice!
The experience of seeing lives snuffed out
Is an entirely new sensation
Red liquids rush through cracks
The dry ground becomes saturated
Teeth break flesh
Bones snap
Tissues are separated
Pathetic,broken, bloodied eyes
can only feel sorrow,
when I wish I could despise.

I twist out my guts like yarn
Weave my entrails into nets
To pull down the moon
Ensnare the sun
I put out my eyes with fire
Boil the vile jellies in their holes
To see words grow from the soil
To hear worlds spinning into form
I swallow the moon, devour the sun
Silver drools from my tongue
Gold drips from my gums
And I speak...
